This product is suitable for use in fixtures installed in insulated ceilings, installation in tall and shallow cans, and new construction or remodeling of houses. This item is used for installation into a 4" recessed fixture with a 2-wire connector and can also be used for a 4" recessed fixture with medium base socket, using a PSA30 adaptor (included). The lifespan of this product is 50,000 hours. Housing meets restricted air flow requirement (per ASTM E-283) and also meets ENERGY STAR requirements.
