All customers outside of the USA are responsible for any customs or duties that apply, and for securing a customs broker.
Free Returns: Orders over $49.00 within 48 contiguous states, able to be shipped by FedEx (Not by Truck/Freight) are eligible for free returns. Please contact us within 30 days and we will e-mail you a prepaid FedEx return label. Customers are responsible to ship back oversized items, which must be shipped by Truck/Freight at their own cost. Custom orders, custom painted products, light bulbs, shades and parts are not returnable. Clearance items, orders based on special quotes, orders with special discounts, orders of ten or more units cannot be returned. International orders are final and are not eligible for returns.
Non-defective goods: Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA or RMA). Please allow at least five business days for an RGA or RMA number. Returned items must be new, unused, unaltered and properly repacked in original packaging along with all included parts and must returned to the correct address. Items that have been installed cannot be returned. Returned packages must be marked with RGA or RMA number. Please E-mail us tracking numbers for returned goods to guarantee and expedite your refund. Do not return merchandise back to our sales office. Returns without prior authorization are not eligible for refund. Refunds will be issued, upon inspection. Custom orders, custom painted products, light bulbs, shades and parts are not returnable. Clearance items, orders based on special quotes, orders with special discounts, orders of ten or more units cannot be returned. International orders are final and are not eligible for return. Please allow 1-2 weeks for a refund and do not chargeback with your credit card company. Chargebacks further delay refunds.
Defective Products: In rare cases when a product is defective, please notify us immediately and it will be picked up and replaced at our expense with the same item. We will mail you a prepaid return label. Upon shipment of a replacement you will be charged for the new replacement item and reimbursed as soon as defective product is returned back to the factory. This includes transformers that have malfunctioned.
As a courtesy, we offer: 3-day delivery or get $50. If you do not receive your order of $300 or more in 3
days, we will reimburse you $50 upon request.

*Order to be delivered within 3 business days on orders placed before 7:30am pacific time, Monday through Friday. (Orders placed after 7:30am will be processed the next business day). This applies to orders of $300 or more. Item has to be in stock and not back-ordered or on clearance.. You will be notified of backordered items. Truck orders, custom orders and wholesale orders are exempt from this promo. No delays for extreme weather conditions or Holidays. This Promo is per order, not per item, for new orders only, not replacements or part requests. International Shipping Powered by FedEx Cross BorderWe have partnered with Fedex Cross Border to service our international customers.
At checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you select your country and attempt to checkout, you will be automatically transferred to FedEx Cross Border Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase and then re-purchase those items from our site on your behalf. We will ship the goods to FedEX Global Distribution Facility and they will be forwarded to your international address.
