Return Policy & Refunds:
Restocking Fee: we do not charge you any restocking fee.
Free Returns: Orders over $49.00 within 48 contiguous states, able to be shipped by FedEx (Not by Truck/Freight) are eligible for free returns. Please contact us within 30 days and we will e-mail you a prepaid FedEx return label. Customers are responsible to ship back oversized items, which must be shipped by Truck/Freight at their own cost. Custom orders, custom painted products, light bulbs, shades and parts are not returnable. Clearance items, orders based on special quotes, orders with special discounts, orders of ten or more units cannot be returned. International orders are final and are not eligible for returns.
Non-defective goods: Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to contact us at email@example.com and request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA or RMA). Please allow at least five business days for an RGA or RMA number. Returned items must be new, unused, unaltered and properly repacked in original packaging along with all included parts and must returned to the correct address. Returned packages must be marked with RGA or RMA number. Please E-mail us tracking numbers for returned goods to guarantee and expedite your refund. Do not return merchandise back to our sales office. Returns without prior authorization are not eligible for refund. Refunds will be issued, upon inspection. Custom orders, custom painted products, light bulbs, shades and parts are not returnable. Clearance items, orders based on special quotes, orders with special discounts, orders of ten or more units cannot be returned. International orders are final and are not eligible for return.
Defective Products: In rare cases when a product is defective, please notify us immediately and it will be picked up and replaced at our expense with the same item. We will mail you a prepaid return label. Upon shipment of a replacement you will be charged for the new replacement item and reimbursed as soon as defective product is returned back to the factory. This includes transformers that have malfunctioned.
No Sales Tax for orders shipped to any state.
2 Year Extended Warranty: We will repair or replace any defective product within 2 years from the date of purchase. Warranty does not cover altered items, products subject to abnormal weather conditions, improper installation or misuse. Light bulbs are not warranted for any specific period of time.
125% Low Price Guarantee: In an unlikely event that an authorized e-tailer advertises the same product for a lesser amount, we will match that price plus an additional 25% of the difference. This may include any coupon or promotional discount codes being offered by the competing e-tailer. Subject to verification and manager approval. Submit a Price Match Request
Payments: We Accept American Express, Master Card, Visa, Discover, via the 128 Bit SSL Secure Yahoo! Store system. Personal and company checks and wire transfer are accepted as well. Your card will not be charged until your order has been acknowledged that it can be completely fulfilled. You will be notified of any back-ordered items if any, by phone or e-mail after your order is placed.
Shipping: Shipping is free to the lower 48 U.S. states only on orders over $49.00. For orders of $49.00 or less, shipping cost is $9.99. Shipping on Elco Lighting orders under $100 is $19.99. All Ground shipping orders usually leave the warehouse within 3 to 7 business days unless otherwise indicated and shipped via UPS or FEDEX to the 48 contiguous states. Air shipments are processed on a priority basis. Please contact us for priority shipping rates such as 2nd Day, 3-Day, or Next Day Air to the Lower 48 Contiguous U.S. States, as well as ground or air shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Canada and Puerto Rico. AffordableLamps.com does not guarantee delivery time and date of priority or air shipments.
All customers outside of the USA are responsible for any customs or duties that apply, and for securing a customs broker.
Duplicate shipments: In rare instances, when an order is duplicated in error, we will send you prepaid return labels. Customers who refuse to return a duplicate order are responsible to pay for it.

International Shipping Powered by FedEx Cross Border
We have partnered with Fedex Cross Border to service our international customers.
At checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you select your country and attempt to checkout, you will be automatically transferred to FedEx Cross Border Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase and then re-purchase those items from our site on your behalf. We will ship the goods to FedEX Global Distribution Facility and they will be forwarded to your international address.

Our sole liability of any kind, whether on warranty, contract or negligence grounds, with respect to the products furnished under this agreement shall be limited to the cost of any defective products, provided, however that we shall be under no obligation to install replacements or to cause replacements necessitated in whole or in part by catastrophe, fault or negligence of the user or any third party, improper or unauthorized use of products, use of products in a manner for which they were not designed or intended or by causes external to the subject product, including without limitation, shipping damage or power failure.
