- 3-Day Delivery Promise: orders of $300 or more placed before 7:30am Pacific, Mon–Fri, on in-stock non-clearance items are targeted for delivery in 3 business days. If not received in 3 days, customer can request a $50 reimbursement. Excludes truck, custom and wholesale orders, and 27 restricted brands.
- 125% Low Price Guarantee: if an authorized e-tailer advertises the same item lower, AffordableLamps matches it plus 25% of the difference. Subject to verification and manager approval. Minka Group excluded.
- 30-day returns with a prepaid FedEx label on qualifying orders over $49 in the lower 48. No restocking fee. RGA/RMA required before shipping back. Not returnable: custom orders, custom-painted products, light bulbs, shades, parts, clearance items, international orders. Installed items cannot be returned.
- Payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, personal and company checks. Card charged when the order is released to the manufacturer.
