Q.How do I use my promotional code on a sale item?
A. We often have sales that include a promotional code. Using it is simple. After you have added your item into your shipping cart, enter your promotional code at the bottom of the page in your shopping cart, and click 'Apply.' This will apply your promotional discount to all applicable items within your shopping cart.
Q.How does your 125% price match guarantee work?
A. AffordableLamps.com is proud to offer a 125% price match guarantee. If you find the same product offered elsewhere for a lesser amount simply submit a request via telephone or email at email@example.com and we will match the price plus 25% of the difference of the competitorís price. This also includes any competitor discounts or coupons. This promo does not apply to Hubbardton Forge brand orders.
Q. How does your 2 year warranty work?
A.We will replace or repair lamp and lighting items within 2 years from the date of purchase. Offer only applies to manufacturer defects and not from misuse, alterations, abnormal weather conditions, and circumstances beyond our control.
Q. How do I cancel my order?
A. If you ordered online and the order has not shipped, the quickest way to cancel is to call us. If the item has already shipped then you will need to call or email us for a Return Goods Authorization. A 25% restocking fee will be assessed for returned goods and a 12.5% restocking fee will be assessed if you replace the item with a product of equal or greater value. Custom orders cannot be canceled once the order has been approved.
Q. How much is shipping?
A. Shipping is free for our lamp and lighting items over $100 in the lower 48 states. $14.99 for shipping on orders under $100.00 in the lower 48 states. Please call for shipping quotes to Canda, Hawaii,Alaska Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
Q. When will my item ship?
A. Items ship within 5 - 7 days from the date of purchase via UPS or Fedex unless indicated otherwise. If you are interested in an expedited shipping service such as 2nd Day, 3-Day, or Next Day Air please contact us. HUB FORGE, Arroyo and Justice are made to order, and require 3 weeks minimum.

We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.
At checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you select your country and attempt to checkout, you will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase and then re-purchase those items from our site on your behalf. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility and they will be forwarded to your international address.

A. We frequently offer fine lamps and lighting at heavily discounted prices. However, if you happen to find the same product advertised for less elsewhere, contact us for a price matching.
Q. Do you offer volume discounts?
A. AffordableLamps.com offers volume discounts to qualified designers, architects, construction companies, large commercial applications and wholesale sales. Simple call us at 1-800-695-2677 for volume discounts. You can also fax over quote requests at 310-473-0961.
ReturnsQ. How do I make a return on a non-defective item?
A. We offer a 30 day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your item within 30 days of the item leaving the warehouse, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number which will need to accompany your item during the return. Please allow at least 5 days for the RGA number to be issued. Items must be unused, contain all parts and accessories and in its original condition and packing.
If you would like to expedite your return, please email us tracking number of your order. Returned items will be given a refund minus a 25% restocking fee. If you decide to replace your order with an item of equal or greater value, the restocking fee will be decreased to 12.5%. There are no returns on custom orders, wholesale orders or orders over $2500.
Q. How do I make a return on a defective item?
A. If you have received a defective, damaged, or broken item that was not caused by your inappropriate handling or misuse, call or email us immediately and we will replace the item at no cost to you.
Q. How do I replace a lamp item?
A. If you would like to replace an item that is unused and its original packing and condition within 30 days of the date of purchase, you can replace an item with a 12.5% restocking fee. Simply email or call us for a Return Goods Authorization which will be to accompany your item during the return. Please allow 5 days for the RGA number to be issued.
